I got into home inspections after spending over a decade in home construction, learning firsthand how small issues can turn into big problems if they’re overlooked. Early on, I remember inspecting a home for a young couple buying their first property. Walking the roof, I noticed a small leak that wasn’t obvious at first glance. I pointed it out and explained what it could mean, and seeing their relief when they realized we caught it before it became a costly problem was an important experience in this journey. That moment reminded me why I love this work: helping people protect their homes, investments, and peace of mind.
